skye08, there's no easy way to go through the death of a loved one...I
experienced that with my mother four years ago and the grieving process that follows is not easy either...we have to hang on to the hope of one day being reunited.  You're in my prayers,

Circumstances may cause us to waiver also
In my and Richard's journey, I steadfastly held to the belief that we were surrounded by angels and that although the path we walked was so very difficult we were always learning our lessons of faith and life and surrounded and bathed in God's Love. There was one day near the very end when I was praying that Richard would no longer suffer, I did wonder if God was hearing my prayers and had left us alone without his presence and I was so angry. I then became angry at myself for that thought.  I did truly understand at that moment the story of Job and marveled at his faith and commitment to God.

Sam, so well said, my dear. I'm so glad your house sold, especially in
this market. Right about the time the economy went south, the Lord sold a property we owned and wanted to get rid of -- I've always said that God is my real estate agent! God bless!

I so agree with do not waiver! I told everyone around me that the Lord would help me get my house sold! But, it was on His time, not mine! It took 54 months but it happened! I think it was to help with understanding of those around as much as for myself with this lengthy process! I remained steadfast and a testament to the Lord for my faith is great and I knew He would not abandon me in my hour of need! A much needed post for we do not really wait on the Lord as we should for I think the world has allowed itself to succumb to instant gratification and miss the wonderfulness of it all when we have to wait for things unseen! Have a fantastic day! sam
