I do feel fine this morning. The sun is shining and there's no pain. I've got a great cup of hot coffee going and I had a thick slice of the most wonderful multi-grain bread for breakfast. I feel very blessed.

TAPS, your writing - your whole pen just sings to my heart ~ and, please no, no more treadmills (I recall that story) - You sound like you're on a mission to rid Arthur of his time - smartly so. I feel an ache here or there this time of year and though not yet debilitating, I pray I can keep working it off ~ until. Have a great weekend...

I would forget the treadmill too!
I woke up to the rain as well. I just have a slight headache though. Hope you feel better!

I think that it must be like going back on a bike or on skis after you fall: if you don't do it straight away, you won't.
But then again, walking outside is so much nicer!
Have a good, soft and gentle autumn day.

I would not get back on it, either! I keep waiting for rain to hit the valley! I want to stop watering! I agree that regardless of the fall day, they are beautiful in their own way! sam

There’s nothing like, lying in bed at night and to listen to the raindrops. And then you neither feel like, getting up to meet the day or tell it’s the day love. BC-A, BILL’S RJJst

Hope your pain is going away, TAPS. I'm wondering if that's what is wrong with my leg. I love the sound of rain on my tin roof! I guess I better keep on with those vitamins so I won't begin to hate it.

TAPS. ....I know I have arthritis in both knees and hints that it could
be deciding to move into my calves and/or back...I will definitely try those supplements..
..
I am probably going to have to quit this job and go to L.T.D. soon, if approved.Ths physical aspects of the group home and the residents needs is just overwhelming at times....

I once had a pain in my right hip that was so bad I could barely walk.
I was in my mid-40s -- at times the pain would shoot all the way to the foot. Funny thing, after the divorce I hardly even needed an aspirin for the next 25 years or so.

Re: lustorlove
They sure do work for me. You have to take the full recommended dose everyday in the beginning and it takes at least 30 days of that before you notice a difference. But suddenly one day you will realize that the pain is gone. I took the for a year that way because I had been so bad with arthritis pain that I was afraid it would come back. But, after a year, I cut way back to a small amount and then gradually stopped taking them. Since that time, if I get one twinge of arthritis pain I take one of them. It always helps right away. I keep them on hand.
