you don't want people spending money in the U.S.?
but in a foreign city sponsoring the Olympics?

secondly, aren't you a bit guilty of doublespeak here?

Is it you, or is one of your Blogit cronies that mentioned the increase in deaths and casualties in Afghanistan as a bad thing -- a negative for Obama?  You (or your crony) seemed somewhat in opposition to American presence in Afghanistan then.

And the public and congressional opposition to escalation of that military action is over a broad spectrum, apparently.

And, if I recall correctly, Herr Bush wasn't much in contact with Afghanistan either.  Of course he had that vital (lol) action in Iraq to occupy his time and that "mission accomplished" bullcrap.

Let's put it this way:  when you stop being so gosh-darned hypocritical is when I might start putting some small stock in what you way.

Why Bother with Troops When I Can Snag the Olympics?
Yeah.  Obama -- our son is soon to be on his 4th deployment to the "sand" box.  Meanwhile, he uses tax dollars to fly two jumbo jets to Copenhagen to pimp for the Olympics.  His mental transmission has "reverse" where "drive" should be.  The present, the more he retreats from his words, the more "progress" he claims.  Bass-ackward in every way. joab

I hope you're wrong, but time will tell.

Writer of Lights
I think you are so on target. This is visible in all areas of his presidency, he is campaigning for head of One World Government and doing his best to bring it to pass as quickly as is possible. Why this is not clearly visible by the whole world is amazing and true to Scripture.
