This is an excellent post. Is your son drinking green tea? Fresh brewed at home not the bottled stuff? A new test was recently done, or shall I say finished. I believe it was a 10 year test of 12,000 people 65-75 who drank 7 cups of green tea per day. The mortality rate was astounding. 1,200 died. All were old, all had cancer or some other dangerous disease. They results in favor of green tea blew me away. I may have some of the facts wrong but not the one about the value of the tea. Be blessed dear lady.

Like always instructive, interesting and brillaintly told. Thanks for the advice on how to battle my cold. The only thing I could get hold of here is ginger powder, so I'm having that tonight in hot milk and honey.

Yes, everything is available everywhere; global gastronomy? It's perhaps not so good for the environment because shipping fruit and vegetables from country to country uses up a lot of resources. However having said that mangoes are one of my favorite fruits.

Thanks for visiting me and enjoy your stay with Ashish.
