Oy but that's gotta hurt. I am so proud of you that you did choose not to take this pic...you showed compassionate restraint, but what else from you TAPS...I love your photography and your keen sensitivity to all in Life.

wonderful blog ~

I almost wish
you had snaped a picture. But I think I see it in my mind's eye even better than a pic.

Great story, TAPS. It was amusing and yet sympathetic for the gung-ho dad. A kind of 'young enough to try, old enough to know better' scenario, wasn' it?

Oh my!
You write so engagingly, always so full of color and imagination. I must catch up with you soon!
Eat, drink, and be merry, so they say, but I think he's missing out on the "merry" part! Hopefully he'll find a way to slim down, for both their sakes. Still, I can't help thinking of Augustus Gloop, from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, who was sucked into a chocolate tube to be made into bars. Which is terribly mean, because that really is sort of sad that he got stuck. Maybe I should delete that last part... dangit.

Poor guy! Perhaps it will motivate him to lose some weight. Amazing how kids are quite unconcerned when something like that happens.

LOL! Great fun, not for that poor guy, of course! But maybe that experience will be an incentive for him to lose some weight...

Claustrophobic feelings are horrible Taps - it's like going thru the MRI. Lovely photos and goes to show the love for the child.
