I'm always up before I am supposed to get up but have an alarm clock just in case.

It's interesting how many people have these inside little alarm clock! I too can "set" my alarm clock for the hour I want to wake up too. But as I am also a light sleeper, if someone wakes up before me, i'm sure to hear him (I live with 2 men, remember) and wake up too! Some time I wish I would not and keep on sleeping until late....like Son!

Either my dog's whimpers wake me up or my phone alarm goes off! Either way it's still too early! HAHA!

I wake up to a little tune from my cell phone.  Sometimes I change the tune. I don't like alarms that beep!

If I have no place to go I just wake up on my own, usually it is around seven, I dont like to sleep too long or I feel bad all day.  I didnt have a good night sleep last night for some reason

You know I, like Taps, have that little inner clock thingie going on; albeit more these days I choose to shut it down, hoping to make myself 'sleep' in.  However, in truth, my husband wakes up all hours and early, early (so early he makes coffee for the sunrise)...I cannot rest well when there is the slightest movement ~ so it depends on the level of noise as to when I get up --- the dogs x 4 usually give off morning sounds from tipping of toes to a whimper (needing to go out!)...I'm UP on auto (alarm).   Have a great day Shelly~ ~ Elyse

light on the early school bus, the smell of the coffee as it does it's auto brew thing, that sort of stuff. lol

My inner alarm always wakes me at the same time.  If for some reason I need to get up extra early for some special reason, before I fall asleep in my bed the night before, I tell myself, three times, the time I need to wake.  Somehow that sets my brain to get-up time and it always works for me.

What wakes me up is my inner clock. But, mostly, I wanted to thank you for your comment on the video. Why don't you apply? With luck, it's $50.000, great fun and the deadline is 1st of November.
