Son grows just about anything in very large pots, except for pot.

Oh my...
there is nothing like a little gentle mockery to really wind you up in those situations, is there?

Dot The other day I brought a small golden spider outside. My landlady grows pear tomatoes in her garden love. She gives me some. BC-A, Bill’s RJJst

All the same I do hope you enjoyed all those freshly picked herbs and vegetables.
Cobwebs are so sticky and difficult to get rid of. I remember my cousin putting a big fat spider in my pyjamas when we were kids; an experience never to be forgotten. LOL

TAPS. ...if a good-sized spider happened to land in my scarce hair,
I'd probably discover I have a lot more hair up there than I thought..

...Yikes! Just the thought of it makes me shiver..

Leave it up to the men to notice a difference at the absolute wrong time! I leave the webs up around my house and I creep everyone out, but, man, they catch the bugs! sam

First Taps, I have to tell you I love this blog, just simply enjoy it to the max and also like the way you have it set up. Really nice... KUDOS
and next: Arabela is also the name my Annabelle (10 yr granddaughter) named her little tree she planted here when she was just 4 yrs old... awwww
and finally, about that spidey. Oh shiver me it does. I cannot stand crawly things such as the spider and especially the Golden Orb. Beautiful (necessary) as they are, they scare the wits out of me. As a young girl, I was walking out in some fields and almost ran into a nest of these. It was so scary to me, I believe it traumatized me.
We have them often here in East Texas and my husband dares me to disturb their nests. or webs. So reading your excellent account of this adventure of the morning, I am so impressed with your writing that I forget to actually 'shiver me' during the story...I was too busy seeing how you shivered and shook
Write on, I enjoy this so. xoxox Elyse

Your son (maybe all good sons) is definitely kin to mine...
Mine, though, would have taken a picture of the crazy dance and sent it to all the others.
