- Go to "Where there is much light, the shadow is deep” ~ Goethe
Much to ponder ..... The picture seems to awake the imagination and the poem is the vessel to take us where the poetess would carry our thoughts enchanting dreamlike haven of passage..................

Troosha, just evoking and meditative ~
in light of the fact that I just recently lost my mum in law in August; and she following the rest of our parents, this particular poem touched my heart...so peaceful. xoxo Elyse

Troosha, yes it is very sobering, but also has a tender touch as we
visualize (ot try to) these spirits that hold no harm towards us...just a gentle reminder that our time, too, will come..

All I could think of was the variety of numbers that are counted, indeed the hair on one's head in some beliefs! This is a great food for thought poem, too! sam
