We Continue?

Sadly, we are what we are.  What we shall be is very shrouded.  Most people sleepwalk through reality, coming alert only when their selfish needs are satisfied -- or appear to be threatened -- once reassured, they drift into their sleepwalking state once again.

TV savagery -- the main course for entertainment -- has inured so many to scenes of actual victims of war both civilian and military. How pitifully sad to contemplate.  Not for the faint-hearted who see beyond the scripted news format.   joab

As a welcomed voice it is good to hear your words. I hope things are well with you and I do consider this a friendship. Our voices are muted by a media that controls the flow of information to us. This (Blogit) is a great leap forward if unrestrained by our prejudices.
