sweetest children but they change the mood in fraction of minute....but i am trying the gentle approach possible, we had a great day today.... i am living on every day....

wow a lot of feelings there, to be sure.
weirdly enough, gardening saved me...pulling weeds made me feel more in control in a world where control is really just an illusion. I got de stressed and my yard looks great. My sister said she could hear the calm in my voice over the phone after a week of weeding...give it a try? I don't even know you and I'm worried about you...
