Exactly correct! Kind of like the so-called "NC Education State Lottery" that was created and voted in by all decmocrats. Yet all teachers still have to buy supplies. Wonder why? Where is the money going democrats?

What an idiotic statement....we already spend more per student than everyone else, yet our student scores continue to fall......school choice and vouchers will work.....show some statistic X-man with regards to comparisons with student that get to choose where to go.

but of course you probably don't mind buying your chlldren's schoolbook and other such stuff that the schools used to be able to provide.
