Walking is a fabulous exercise - and I used to despise it! It was run or at least jog, or sit on my butt. But since Jag has become part of our household, I have become a walker, early in the morning and late at night - there's just no way around it...

In the lounge I talked to the old women. The nurses’ aides danced to the lite music radio station. On the day that my mother died a grumpy old lady said that I lied love. If she could she would say that she was sorry. BC-A, Bill’s Roost

I miss the walks my daughter and I use to have, she has started to go to a gym and now doesnt have the energy or the interest in walking with me. Other than the walking and standing in the store I really dont walk.

Angels whisper to a man when he goes for a walk. Isn't that the truth? I hear them all the time. Walking... it's good for the body and good for the soul.
