The last time I've slept a peaceful sleep was like 8 years ago... like you, I never move during sleep and I always wake up in the same exact position I slept with in the first place, but that hasn't happened for a very long time.

it happens at time you are trying to take decisions or working so hard on
some goals......but once it all settle, you will catch up with regular sleep......
