Yes, the ones I saw were too. However I got the feeling that they just accepted themselves as they were. If I go back to Turkey I'll certainly try it again.

I visited a Hamam in Morocco, but didn't use it. The women there were amazingly fat. I felt absolutely svelt compared to them! Mal

When I was in Iznik, Turkey I went to a Hamam and it was a delightful experience; relaxing and very social. Hm, you've given me an idea for a blog .....
