I don't think I'll ever try to process my own olive oil. It's easier to buy it!

I've never tried roasting my own coffee. Nor have I tried processing my own olive oil. I did recently make some nice tomato sauce out of home grown tomatoes from Son's garden.

Extracted olive oil is as good as any other. In fact, its the best oil for cooking. Coconut oil is second best. Canola amnd others are last!
