When someone is murdered is it required by a real estate agent to disclose this information and only if the real estate agent has knowledge of the murder. A private owner doesnt have to tell a leasee this information.

Oh yes, the woman fell down the stairs to the basement hit her head and
died. We have a red stip attached to that bottom step because Wiley fell down it too. Now it can't be missed.
Actually I believe that in Australia, they changed the laws so that nasties have to be revealed.

Life is one tragedy after another and people are found dead every day in homes all over the world. Because of superstitions, it would make it a lot more difficult to find the right place to live if every home sported its history on the front door. Plus it would put a lot of renters out of business.

For you love absolutely know it! I live in a type of stranger room in the basement. Ironically I’m reading a mystery on a room with a history of murders in one. Keep an upper cheek. At least it’s not that. Take care. BC-A, Bill’s Cyberspace Hotlink

Hi Shelly,
I agree with you. It would have been good to know the history of the house before moving in. Since we have been in our house for twenty six years, I don't know much about its past.
How are you? Hope you are well.
