I believe that half the zen of eating is in the presentation of the food. My son to olearned a great deal about appreciating various kinds of cuisine as we introduced it to him while he was young and we traveled a lot.

I loveSushi and ate heaps ofgreat sushi while in Australia recently

I like the way you've presented it on the plate
I had sushi this week. It was my son's birthday and it's is favourite. I once took him to Japan when I had to work, and whie i worked he stayed with his uncle who has a Japanese wife. He learned to like sushi young.

They look really delicious. My daughter and her family love sushi and make it themselves. The children are especially fond of the seaweed; whatever it's called. Their favorites too are rice and salmon. Sushi restaurants are very popular here.
