For me, this summer was actually slower than the ones past, but maybe because in Kuwait the summer is at least 6 months long (for those of you who complain about summer weather, in Kuwait the temperature reaches 50 degrees celsius - I dunno how much in Fahrenheit! - and we get sand storms all the time). Anyways, and maybe also because this past summer I was out of a job and working at my home-based office.

Summer went by so fast. For 10 years my summers were SO long, living in Mexico.  In Oregon, there definitely will be a LONG winter.  I will enjoy the rest of the summer and fall though.

I've discovered it moves in direct ratio to age - the older you get, the faster time flies. Christmas will be here before I blink!

It has gone by especially fast; I just got my yard the way I wanted, now I get to watch it fade away! Oh well, there's always next year! sam

We have heavy rain today. My birthday’s September 2nd. And the subtle seasonal cycle of 2009 continues… BC-A, Bill’s Avant-Garde Collection

Time flies, especially when we are enjoying life.
I always make new appointments immediately for the dentist and chiropodist, but not for the hairdresser.
