Writing is a good way of letting the pain out. But that is not enough, I think talking to a friend makes things better.

It's good to write about it to let it out of your system.

Many of us break down and it's normal. What's important is that you don't let it affect you so much that you give up on everything. Always stay strong. :)

but sometimes things do get too much, and then we can't help but fall apart.  I think it's the body's way of asking you to get help
