You need to join www.photobucket.com/ or another such site for storage of the pictures first. It is free. After you upload your images there, point at your picture and choose below it "Direct Link". Click on that and it will copy automatically. Then come to your "Add A New Entry" and click on the little picture that says "insert photo" when you point at it. Good luck.
If you want to share a video, instead of choosing "Direct Link" click on HTML code. Then come to your "Add a new entry" and go to the bottom of it where there is <> HTML. Click on that, then edit=paste, then go back down to the pencil and click on it. If the video doesn't show up immediately, click where it is supposed to show and, voila!
