OF COURSE THE ARTICLE REFERENCED IS "OPINION"
So it is quite skewed against Mr. Kennedy.
But, of course, it's "politics as usual" -- Republicans have gerrymandered districts to keep Blacks from voting in the South -- that is, to make their votes inconsequential.
