What we need is hope. This can be found at the end of the tunnel when the pain goes away and life shines with it's beauty and love

this is so very vivid
and I like the continuation of hope in the last line - it changes the whole poem. There is no thing which does not contain a lesson we must learn... but sometimes those lessons are very difficult

Amazing imagery! It is hopeful at the end for we all find our own egress when we so desire! My son is in town! He came back early from this last season because he had worked through herring season! He had intended to surprise me, but, I moved! Got him, lol! I have been hanging out with him for the past few days and enjoying every minute! We had our first bar-b-que and horseshoe pitching with teams, I think we are set through fall! It was great fun to just sit and talk, too! Peace and blessing, Mariaki! Shelly
