Thank you all for reading and your comments. Any life of plenty clogs up the consciousness. One loses sight of home base. Simplify life to the essentials.

Dave-Thank you for 'sharing' so much of yourself with us! You have very
obviously-learned a great deal about your own bodies needs! Extremely well done! It is vital that we each learn to understand our bodies needs-for I know that the medical people take lots of 'chances' and make many 'assumptions'-that do not bode well with me at all! God bless.Chris.

I didn’t you came from the country. In any event I hadn’t been thinking of any kind of meditation in relation to the dark side. I would think that when you practice yoga as you identify your dark side you get tom know yourself better. Certainly when you identify your negative it must help your health when you change even one attitude that leads to bad behavior. Interesting revelation. Excellent! BC-A, Bill’s RJJst

Thank you Dave my friend for sharing such personal struggles of your life.
You are brave and a great fighter for your own inner peace and light. Yes diet and meditation play such a huge part for our inner health. I pray that those voices will leave you will flee taking the dark with them as you fight on with your honesty and health regimes.

Dave, no wonder so many people are sick and just can't get well again...
the dark side(rs) are all over them and unfortunately, too often, there is just no one to help the afflicted.....

Soulbuilder - wonderful and I'm glad you overcame it. Telling your story says a lot about you. Getting oneself deep rooted in reading and seeking knowledge always help.

Having dabbled in education you are so right about society's inability to read.

I have found that there are times, often days, where I can't
seem to meditate and be still...for me, it is often hormonal as I have sketched out a pattern and see it...so during these times, I add special foods/drinks to help me calm that restlessness.  I love reading and meditating and find peace comes over me with a wonderful stillness where I feel at one with the universe.  Those moments are precious and when I'm feeling well (not restless, bored, or whatever), I meditate every evening...the dark side within wants to keep me from this...
