A lot of deep questions you asked there.

Thank you all for your concern and the best wishes. Its just very difficult to get out of holes that others have dug for me. I look for the silver lining all the time. I left blogit to begin a recovery. It just fell through. I need to save some money to look for a better town to live in. I have opportunities lined up....then my feet got swollen. Then, I get cut to 1 day a week. Then, I still have other health issues. End of the month, I have to find a cheaper room to live in. Nothing is working out. Sheesh! There is too much of 'back-to-square-one' in my life. Anyway, I live while I am alive. Death comes to both good and evil!

OO Many people believe that Satan is defeated. At the councils, Christians studied the question. Their findings conclude that he was beaten when Christ rose, according to that traditional understanding of the New Testament. In any case different people place greater or lesser emphasis on the evil nature of man. One historian states that a British colonist ran through the Massachusetts Bay County as naked as a jaybird. He used an original source. On this kind of note the colonists entered the American Revolution in rebellion. Perhaps evil can lead to a country of fun loving slobs. In any event you’ve used a running thesis that there’s a dark side of humans. In support of a personal devil it might fall within some of this. Certainly you seem in agreement with John Calvin on the single point of the evil nature of humans. This might be the dark side. Humans seem to choose the dark side more. And, C.S. Lewis influences some of my scifi blog. He stated his own thesis. He believed in a moral law. He thought that most people sensed it. I do believe that God does enter our lives. In support of this I’ve experienced answered prayer in life threatening situations too. Finally, another history professor thought that the ancient Hindus were correct. They took the best from each religion. For myself I saw a cap that said Jesus You. Thank you very much for your interesting stimulus to comment. BC-A>ARROW>Funpapers Online

I think we all need to be awake to what's going on now.  Many aren't.  At one time we would have ran to the hills, like some friends did in Y2K. It didn't help them and hurt many.  I am aware of what's going on and want to be prepared, but I also want to live every day with hope and make a difference to others, even if it seems small. Even if all falls apart, God is with us. Even though He is quiet, it seems, He is not apathetic. He wants us to seek Him with all our hearts.

In the end of it all, the evil will be judged.  No one will get away with anything! God knows it all. He is here for us, but he gives man a free will and so that is why there is evil.  Many follow Satan. But, if we call out to God, He will answer us in our distress. Jesus overcame the grave and the devil and so can we.

God is love. The devil is a created being, created to serve God, but he chose to rebel against God. God has allowed him to do his evil now, but it will not always be that way.  God gives us free will and will not force anyone to follow Him or choose Him. Unless we are actively choosing Him, it can seem He is not there. And the devil doesn't want anyone to follow God, so he will try his best to get us to fall.

Don't give up.

Hi Dave--I really enjoy reading your work! In my mind-it is quite possible-
that because God is so busy-there is loads of 'stuff'-that He deligates to others-in order to improve/give guidance to-the rest of us that willingly and happily listen to and act-(in some small way or another)-upon what we read/hear and see! I believe that God deligate the role you have taken on-in your 'work' here-TO YOU! You carry it out extremely well and THANK YOU! Chris.

When Christ walked the earth, they crucified Him. There is nothing fair

about being born into this world.  You are not alone in your pain and suffering.  Faith and love offer vibrations of healing to the mind, but maybe not the body as we seem to be born to die.  All we can do is offer words of encouragement by telling each other and those around us to hang in there.  I pray for your highest good, as I don't think any of us really know what to pray.

I just did a study on dophamine. I think I'm low in it and this is why I suffer with bouts of boredom.  Crazy, but possibly true.  There are physical limitations that affect our moods and emotions...by fixing those as much as we can, we can better increase our spiritual strength and emotional endurance against this world and evil...even increase our faith...I appreciate your health blogs as they encourage to do just that.

Hang in there.

This is good writing. God has no choice but to allow this to happen. He told us what to do and none of this would happen if we did those things. We do not. He gave us total control over the earth all the way back before he created Adam. If you are  Christians we must follow what he commands as closely as  possible; then all things are possible through him. He can do miracles through us, but not without us because it would be illegal.
