What a nice reward after a hectic sell! I am happy for you, I am still waiting to close on mine! Just the fact that you knew it was time to move on makes all the difference! I know that feeling, too! sam

I firmly believe that happiness/ anger; feelings seep into the structure of a house and affect those that dwell there in.
