Mainstream is hiding the truth by lying. Business closures and job losses continue. People on  unemployment are getting their last checks! Its sad but nothing is being done to correct the problems!

Re: shobana
With a little bit of luck I'll bring my little bit of business down Greenwich Village way while you guys spend Tuesday Afternoon with the Post loves. I'll try to get up. Blogit notwithstanding it's supposed to be easier right now. I hope that business will pick up for myself. BCA, Bill*s Rst

We certainly need ongoing concerns to continue to boost our economy over here. Too many people still losing too many jobs.

BCA - I'm not sure of this but I think any business that is successful and thriving will boost the economy in any area.

The new Power & Light District of Downtown Kansas City, seems to be perking up the economy here a bit.

Re: Discussion Club
It won’t hurt. Funny how Downtown Newark housed the former largest department store in New Jersey Bamberger’s. It became Macy’s. Also Klein’s of Herald Square in New York, Ohrbachs, ha Kressie’s, Hanes, and even Bradlees. Each store that closed for economic reasons had a store in Newark. This financial situation happened only in Newark 100%. Meanwhile JL Hudson of the car and other Thanksgiving Day Parade fame closed its main store in Downtown Detroit. In this way a new approach to marketing what I hope will be major retail is welcomed. BCA, Bill’s RJJst

In this economy, anything worthwhile that would give a boost would be welcomed for me! Bill, I just want you to know that I think you are one intelligent individual and so proud to know you! sam

Discussion Club
I don't know enough to say it would help, but I know enough to say it can't hurt given the state of the economy.
