Just start somewhere. God gave us the land but we have to till, plant and reap. Motherwort, bugleweed, Lily of the valley and Hawthorn berries are an excellent start. Don't forget the Irish Moss, the almonds, the watercress, the berries etc. Just today I bought some herbal capsules from GNC. I am ill too with CFS and fibromyalgia.
