I agree-I am 46 and the advice is still not too late.  Well, maybe a few of the things.  But overall, I can still use a lot of it!  And I will surely pass it on to my teenage daughters!

He had so many wonderful points and I wholeheartedly agree on the sunscreen! I have been bad about it myself! sam

Taps .. I burn so easily and put effort into staying out of direct sun. Something is wrong with my computer outside wires and I'm working off dial-up. I'd forgotten how slow that is but will come back to watch the video as soon as the problem is fixed.
