Re: Re: Tried and did well
Fantastic - thank you!

If in the course of your research you find particularly good online suppliers that would be helpful too, although I do plan to seek local suppliers too

Re: NATURAL MEDICINE
Thanks Gepruitt. I would act on it right away, if I were you. I forgot to include 2 of the best heart herbs... asparagus roots and seeds (which are a specific for heart enlargenment) and lily of the valley. My email is not working but you can use this blog to communicate with me. First buy the herbs, then you can powder them and put in capsules or make fresh teas everyday. Berries, cherries, almonds etc need no preparation. You need oxygen. Get one of those machines that make it. I got mine from Tools for healing. All the best!

Re: Tried and did well
Thanks lionreign. As soon as I finish my research, I will give a listing of more compounds and the plants they come from.

Re: Corbin Dallas
The herbs are available online. You may get one pound for less than $10. You can buy the cut herbs and powder them and fill capsules or you can buy powdered herbs. Some opt to make fresh teas everyday. Before all this you need to familiarize yourself with your choices. Get Edward Shook's 2 books, available online, and read them. There is a wealth of info in there.

Re: rockingrector
There are better therapies for the teeth. Did you know that frequent brushings with black walnut can actually restore tooth enamel? If you can get organic calcium fluoride...please do. We want you around for a long time!

Re: Taps
Thanks for the visit. I use MAXIMUM GREENS from GNC with good results. All these are extracts of the 'active' principles of veggies. The live veggies are much more. MSM is a sulphur compound which is combined with Chondroitin to help with joints and perhaps the lungs. Sulphur has an antibiotic function. In light of my post, one should use the whole herb, not simply the extract. You do not know what you might be missing. Water cress is loaded with nutrition including iron for haemoglobin and calcium fluoride for the heart. Americas GREENS are under threat from GE companies and from mainstream agriculture. Farmers markets will supply a better quality product than Supermarkets. I try to buy veggies grown in foreign countries....they have less pesticides and toxic additives.

Whoever said that herbs are for the healing of nations....was quite right. Herbalism has a long history and it is not about to be overshadowed by dubious chemicals...here today, recalled tomorrow! Thanks.

NATURAL MEDICINE

An excellent article, Dave!

As I am a believer in letting the body cure itself by providing it with the tools it needs, I will most certainly follow your advice.

You and I can become partners in this endeavor and can, perhaps, provide examples to others.  Your post seems to be very popular among others as well, as it has general interest.

Thank you so much, Dave, for this post!

Wow! This is fascinating. Would the calcium flouride help teeth as well? Two birds with one stone, so to speak?

You did very well!  Though, I can see how a person might be overwhelmed with all of this and not know where to begin.  May I ask if you are familiar with the product "Supreme Greens with MSM" and if you are, what do you think of using that along with ones local produce?

I like the idea of this, I think most health problems can be corrected with a dietary correction and/or exercise.  You bring to light a serious problem, and a possibly very simple solution.
