It is rough to be so tired you can't sleep.

calia, those nights can be frustrating for sure..sleep seems like it should

come naturally, but it doesn't....I notice you like to run and I've found that if I run too soon before going to bed the harder it is to fall asleep (not saying this is your problem, but just throwing it out there as a possibility).....

circle of frustrations! Sleepless time. I sometimes make myself keep my eyes open and then don't remember going to sleepLOL

I hate when sleep evades me – especially when I’m lying on some clean, crisp cotton sheets.  You’d think that would be all that’s needed to slide into a lovely slumber. But it doesn't always work that way....
