calia, those nights can be frustrating for sure..sleep seems like it should
come naturally, but it doesn't....I notice you like to run and I've found that if I run too soon before going to bed the harder it is to fall asleep (not saying this is your problem, but just throwing it out there as a possibility)..

I hate when sleep evades me – especially when I’m lying on some clean, crisp cotton sheets. You’d think that would be all that’s needed to slide into a lovely slumber. But it doesn't always work that way....
