AMEN !!!!!!!!! You are so correct !!!!!!!!
America has been sufficiently "dumbed-down" - it might have taken 30-years but it is a success! Perhaps it's the transnational corporations wanting cheap labor right on US soil that set the wheels in motion, but the truth be told, more people have college degrees and connections to the world wide web, but few have the intellectual curiosity to check historical facts or current events before they spread nonsense to friends and family. Following the MJ developments is a perfect example of complacency and lack of involvement of the American people. No one needs to fear the attack of aliens or pod people because Americans have surrendered to mediocrity. Shame on us all.
Americans will have no one to blame but themselves when life in the USA becomes exactly the same as the third world countries we've felt superior to for decades and they can thank the elected officials they allowed to trick and abuse them into debilitating fear and panic.

A $34,000 coffin is absurd! that much money to lay in the ground and rot! Geez! Yet another huge waste of money hen they ask for donations? Are you kidding me Kooka? What a joke! Yes, I agree with you 100% on this silly topic.

RSM
We make Idols of any who star and make mega money no matter how they behave. Yes that is stupid, just a listening to such as Michael Moore or Barbara Striscand for political information.

RSM, you are scarying me
I just wrote a post with a very similar tone as this one, although I went more off on his $34,000 coffin and how LA spent $3.8 million on the service and that they now are asking people to help them get back through donations.
It is very strange, but it seems that Michael Jackson is one area we can agree on.

I couldn't believe Al Sharpton.......
going on about how Michael had helped Black People.....that he had been important in The Zero being President.......What? Jackson is the man (child) who bleached his skin so he was white......paid a man for his white sperm, so his children (his children?) would be lily white........I don't think he was being very "King-like" (as in M.L. King) with his activities or his decisions.........
