A fascinating post, Ciel. Makes me want to study more on the subject of New Zealand. Maybe I'll start by watching the movie, "The Piano" again. I think it's the only thing I've seen that was at least partly filmed in New Zealand.

I love the juxtaposition of those pictures.
I think the postcard was so lovely that's someone's borrowed it on the way
