Love this calia! Excellent form and content. The expression of tired in the last line is so meaningful. Leaves one wondering what the rest of the story is!

Thanks okay!  It helps to see that you can alter it slightly and still use the format to enhance the poem.

I have great admiration for those who can adhere to form... but this poem is not only well written its amazing  in content and meaning as well...  Bravo!

You have everything correct according to format! There are times when I use the form but do not follow it explicitly and Prelude OF Pity is one of those! So sorry if I confused you! sam
