It reminds me of my own youthful summer days.

Pretty good for an eight-year-old.  I was still struggling with getting a good handle on reading at that age.

Merkie, a summer of summers you painted. Lovely. I love it too except that we dont have the 4 seasons here - it's either sunny or raining..or haze filled days so that leaves us no choice ..lol. have a nice weekend.

Oh how I loved summer when I was a child.  I still do, but not with the excitement that I had as a child.  It was wonderful.
