Again, I agree with you...
These principles are really good ones.
I also think that some people er...like me for instance, find it difficult to go by lists being as I am older.
All I can do is just about tumble out of bed, on the right side hopefully, and start off the day doing my best in every possible way without being over-scrupulous about my progress because that just leads to anxiety.
But for younger people, your list certainly covers all the main stuff.
