Yes, it is as simple as that...

but not everybody gets it. Like St. Paul said somewhere, you have to study how to talk to people - in fact understand where they are at somewhat - to witness properly.
Some people have never even heard of Jesus Christ, never mind the doctrines and dogma.
To say to them:
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son etc........." out of the blue, does not always help.
(But it may do. Follow your deepest belief; no matter what.)
