It seems that the commenter has a preconceived definition of what an atheist is and believes. A view that cannot be supported by any type of reality or facts. The fact that their opinion is based on a fictional stereotype, manufactured entirely to elevate their own ridiculous beliefs, requires an achieved level of dumb. "Dumber than a hockey puck"seems appropriate here.
As for the perceived morality of others, on an individual level it is impossible to ascertain in a forum such as this but that doesn't stop some people. I haven't as yet met the lying, evil, detriment to society atheist that some of these knuckleheads want to insist exists in our societies but I have surely met a great number of religious folks that are completely devoid of integrity.
