When I don't dream (meaning when I don't remember the dreams I had) for extended periods of time it is usually because I'm not getting enough sleep. I really enjoy most of my dreams and find they stimulate creativity.

Hi, Troosha
I don't have many disturbing dreams, but when I do I take to take advantage of the feelings they engender by jotting them down and seeing if there is something I can use in my writing. Usually there is.

I don't dream, so I would not have a clue! The Tigers are holding their so far! I adore all the young talent! I have never seen so many sweet swings in their line up in a very, very long time! So many contact hitters! sam

It seems 50/50 with me – sometimes I awaken with a smile on my face having had a delightful dream and other mornings – disturbing thoughts (usually about my loved ones) seem to haunt me. I hate the latter.
