I want one at work!!! Sometimes I find that life seems a chaotic battlefield where there is no time for anything, and at those times I have learned to pause and focus on one thing - and one thing - a flower, a cloud - a spider, and just pause and experience the beauty or wonder of that thing and all of a sudden the day does not seem so bad.
