And if you're going to put down one of the top guys at UNAIDS who I was quoting, then please provide facts and sources rather than just bravado and innuendo.
You know, I was quoting one of the top experts on HIV and AIDS in the world. Who are you quoting?

Mihail Lari, Please Check Your Facts. At The Start, AIDS Was NOT A "Midde-
class gay men's disease." It is just that no one started paying any real attention to the existence of the malady until large numbers of US/Western homosexual males began contracting it.
The truth is, hundreds-of-thousands of black Africans and Caribbeans began contracting and dying from the disease at least 10 years before it became an epidemic among "middle-class gay men."
And how did the disease reach epidemic proportions among US/Western homosexual males?
In answering that question, the only thing I will say is that it is linked to the considerable number of wealthy to middle-class white homosexual males who, during the late 1970s and early 1980s, vacationed in such regions of the world as the Caribbean and southern Africa.
