Re: texture,
You are right. And thank you for both comments.
When I get away from Blogit for a while, I forget how much I like it here.
The disk drive in my brain has become fragmented with an overload of
files walking all over each other. It's time to defrag and work with contiguous files.

Re: texture,
That doesn't surprise me a bit. My brain has been so jammed with
thoughts that I have hardly had time to think at all.
Look at how long it took me to respond to your comment.
You probably won't even remember to look for a response by now.
I never seem to do things in a timely fashion.
I will try to get by and offend you at your place.

Re: ciel
You thought that it had been that long since I had a thought?
You could be right. Time flies when you are so bored that you can hardly think.
Remember the guy in Catch-22 who went skeet shooting because it bored him so much?
His philosophy was that when one is bored time passes much more slowly,
thus lengthening one's life.
He was sure wrong on that one.

Re: straightforward,
I always have to worry about what people think.
I first learned the importance of that in the military.
Next it was emphasized in various jobs that I have had.
They also taught it in all of the schools that I attended.
It is always important when dealing with law enforcement personnel.
I guess I wasn't a very good student. Someone is always getting offended.
And guess who always gets the short end of the stick?
