Re: Isn't it sweet irony that the enemies contribute to ur rising to the top?
Straightforward - it is ironic and quite entertaining sometimes.

TAPS. - that is a reality I do not have to consider yet, it is nearly 35
years off in the future.

Chilitree - Re: ... you certainly are not an enemy to me!
I hope not. I like to at least have earned the honor of being someone's enemy.

texture - I am always interested in hearing new perspectives but they must
be compelling enough to motivate a person into thought.
I'm at a stage where I find the same old ideas with different gift wrappings tedious.

Please know that I have no ulterior motive to convert you. :) I simply wondered if you have ever read anything by Neal Donald Walsch.
Conversations With God, or
What God wants. Actually they would probably intrigue you or not, Definately along your lines of thought or not. :)

Well congratulations on getting to the top of the list. As you so rightly say if we weren't interested in other people reading commenting on our stuff we would not bother to post it on-line.
I've just finished reading 'Comfort' a short story written by Alice Munroe (mentioned in following link) http//www.fembio.org/english/biography.php/woman/biography/alice-munro/
The protagonist is a biology teacher who gets caught up in a conflict about evolution with religious elements in the small Canadian town where he lives and works. On the sideline are the 'rest' - the spectators who would prefer peace and quiet - who knows who's got the wrong end of the stick etc.
Reading it made me think of your blog. Perhaps you have read the story yourself.

Gome...
Trying to constructively interact outside one's own narrow category / world can have a mutually beneficial impact for all!

I’ll be neighbourly and leave you a “click”. I often come by for a read but sometimes just don’t know how to respond (although you always invoke a reaction – no doubt there).
