I think...in many ways...we all desire to be pursued more so than being the pursuer.  It's so much more difficult to be the latter.  So much easier when we are being pursued, isn't it?

Oh, she has noticed – no doubt in my mind (with a heart like yours) she has noticed.  May I used the word “fragrant haze” – not an exact quote from your poem but clearly your creativity.  I just thought it might fit nicely into something I am writing this morning but will stay clear of it if that’s what you prefer.
