This blog should be required reading for family business wanta starters. :)  Great insight and mix of people and situations.Provided by real life, but brought to life here by your wonderful style. You should be proud that your Father has this faith in you. My husband worked for his father for years. They were stressfilled and he never felt fully appreciated or trusted. It was more of a generational thing, but family businesses are no piece of cake. I love coming here and reliving with out the responsibility. sorry to be so long winded, but very nerve hitting. :)

I love how your father has such faith in you to do the job! Be proud! I don't blame you for not wanting to be a business full time! The headaches are too many too close together! So glad you are feeling a 100%, it has to be a great relief! sam
