I've always been fascinated with the 'ladyboys' and actually read a lot about them. I didn't think they were overly bothered about their own 'powder rooms' but obviously I was wrong. Thanks for your suggestions about the book cover. The first one does have water too and brighter lights and more color, so flashy vogue who is anything but subtle went for that one.
