As a poet, this leaves me haunted, in some ways. We bare our souls and leave our hearts in our words, leaving ourselves empty of all that we thought and felt. This makes us so vulnerable...so as I read this, sparks of recognition quickened my heart as I felt at one with "The Poetess"
