This is absolutely adorable. I love the allusion you use to "Row Row Row your boat" because it gives your poem and added level of enjoyment to read. Because the childhood song is such a happy song, this poem makes me lose myself in dreaming and I think, I hope, that is what you intended. This was wonderful!
