First question: is the baby there yet? Next, think about this: there is no art in getting things done with bags of money. Eveybody can do that. The real skill, art and satisfcation lies in accomplishing what one wants in life, finding ways and means without much money. The only circumstance when not having money would really frighten me, would be health care. Otherwise...one muddles through as the English say. Have a great Sunday yourself.

Oh, Gem. . . , I just totally gave up.
After getting "our old house" and figuring out the amount of money that would have to be put into it to make it perfect, I threw my hands up in the air. Instead, I have elected to bank the money that I would put into the repair and get a newer home eventually.
But, good luck to you. I hope you're able to pull it off!!!
