Nautikos expressed it well, The Canadian Red Cross was a bloody mess. All that fishing must have been deep sea but how do ya ice fish in the Pacific? Great post old buddy....

The Canadian Red Cross is run by a bunch of morons! For years they were conducting blood donation clinics without adequate screening and blood testing procedures, with devastating consequences for thousands of people. And they were lying and stone-walling! It was a huge scandal, but I can't remember if anyone was ever punished. It may be that some people were jettisoned and given golden parachutes...And this bit of idiocy fits the pattern perfectly...

I would not have considered any of the 7-factors mentioned. I can tell you that the study cost more than a dollar two ninety eight. I guess money is no object.
