The censorship here over the years has changed the landscape enormously
and we have a dying entity on our hands, I think. Self inflicted downsizing.

I also dislike censorship and if I don't like what someone says I can tell them or ignore it.

the blogit wars are a part of blogit and if someone doesn't like what one of us say, they will take it to blogit. and if blogit agrees with them they will censor them in whatever manner they feel appropriate, we have lost a few good bloggers due to this type of censorship in the past. They censored me at one time but i said to heck with this I am not going to let some little squabbles cause me to leave, that was about three years ago and I am still here.

Anything that doesn't openly attack someone's character...by name or strong implication, which is libelous...should be allowed.
I appreciate decorum, but, I believe
more strongly in the first amendement, and if I didn't like what's being said about my religion(or lack thereof) or beliefs(or lack thereof) or any other statistical catagory I might fall into, I sure as hell wouldn't tattle to Mommy Blogit. I would continue to argue my point or ignore the post and/or person.
Name calling is for children, and shows immaturity, but, being called names isn't enough to make me whine to headquarters. I would either hold my ground in the thick of bullshit, or simply leave when it got too deep.
I've complained to blogit only once...when my personal integrity was publically attacked in an ignorant post, and that's where the line should be drawn.
